Samples.com is an aggregator of free samples, deals, coupons and other offers. We find the best deals on the web and compile them all into one convenient location for the benefit of those who love savings and samples.
How do I get samples?
To get samples you must opt-in to offers that you would like to receive. Here are the steps to finding the right deals for you on our website:
- Browse through the samples currently being offered by companies and select the one that interests you.
- Once you have clicked the sample, scroll down a little and find a button that reads "Redeem." Click this button.
- Another tab or page should appear. This time it should be from the company that you are trying to receive the sample from.
- Fill out your information. (Since most of the offers on our website are distributed directly through the participating brands, we do not have control over the information they ask for when you submit your request.)
- Your sample is on its way if it’s still available!
When are new offers posted?
Our team is always searching for and posting the best offers from across the internet on a daily basis. The timing varies based on when these offers become available, so we recommend checking our site often to be the among the first to see the latest offers!
Can I still get samples if I live outside the United States?
At the moment, Samples.com only operates within the United States, territories not included. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.
What is the benefit of signing up for a basic membership?
Basic members get access to many of the deals, coupons and samples that we post on Samples.com. They also receive a weekly email containing some of our favorite offers from that particular week. The best part about being a basic member is that it’s completely free!

Why didn’t I receive a sample I signed up for?
Most of the samples we post are in very high demand and distributors only have a limited quantity available. Keep in mind that some of the offers that may interest you may also interest a lot of other people. In the future, when these offers appear, it is important to pay attention to our site and act fast to increase your chances of redeeming it successfully.
How do I know if I am going to receive the sample I signed up for?
If you properly went through all of the necessary steps to redeem a sample, your sample should be sent to the address you entered. Some distributors may choose to send an email to confirm your redemption, but they are under no obligation to do so. We recommend reaching out to the distributors of a particular sample if you are not sure if your redemption went through. Also, if you would like to track an item you ordered, please contact the support team from the company you ordered the item from.
Why do some samples ask me to pay for shipping and handling?
Depending on the sample that you choose, the company may require you to pay shipping and handling charges. This is because each distributor has different requirements for the samples that they offer. This decision is all at the discretion of the company offering the sample. If you have to pay shipping and handling charges, the company will make it clear to you in the redemption process when you are filling out your information.
How long does it take to receive samples?
If you properly went through all of the necessary steps to redeem a sample offer, it may take between 6-8 weeks to receive your item. If you do not receive your item, then we would advise that you reach out to the distributor of that particular offer.
